Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber’s spectacular musical returns for a new run of performances.
The character of Evita found success in part due to the film, where Madonna played the title role.
The story recounts the life of Eva Duarte, a young girl with a troubled childhood who travels to Buenos Aires to follow her dream of becoming an actress. Her life takes an unexpected turn when she meets Colonel Juan Pèron in 1944. Another, later meeting with ‘Che’ will change her life once again.
