Guggenheim Museum, New York, visit

A world renowned collection of art in a fascinating building.
New York, Bilbao, Berlin, Venice and Abu Dhabi: these cities each have an exceptional museum thanks to the Guggenheim Foundation. In 1937, Solomon R. Guggenheim established a foundation to exhibit his private collections as a public museum. The Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum in New York was the first to open. The Guggenheim New York is fascinating as much for its architecture as for its collection of art dating from the late 19th century to the present. The building was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, and it leads the visitor around a spiral ramp leading upwards around the outer shell of the building.
Architecture, painting and other forms of art are celebrated and explored during the international exhibitions.
