Every year in New York, the Big Apple Barbecue Block Party takes place at Madison Square Park in Manhattan.
Over a weekend, the greatest masters of the art of barbecuing come to present their recipes to the public. The park turns into huge picnic area with divine frangrances wafting around. More than 100,000 people attend this barbecue to sample some great food and enjoy the free concerts.
